If the item can be shipped, we can arrange pickup and return delivery. You only need to pack it properly.

Packing guidelines (important)
- Empty and clean residues if possible
- Protect corners and the damaged area (cardboard + bubble wrap)
- Use a sturdy box, or a pallet for large items
- Add a note inside with name, phone, address, damage description
